Day 1: Moshi – Londorossi Gate – Mti Mkubwa Camp
Elevation: 2,100 m to 2,780 m
Distance: 6 km
Hiking Time: 3–4 Hours
Habitat: Rainforest
After breakfast, depart Moshi and drive to Londorossi Gate for registration. Continue to the trailhead where your adventure begins through the lush rainforest of Kilimanjaro’s western slopes.
The trail passes beneath towering trees and dense vegetation before arriving at Mti Mkubwa Camp.

Day 2: Mti Mkubwa Camp – Shira Camp 1
