As you enter Serengeti National Park, the landscape opens into one of Africa’s most iconic ecosystems. Covering approximately 14,750 square kilometers, the Serengeti supports millions of animals and is famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration.

Wake up early to experience one of the most exciting times in the African wilderness.

Predators are most active during the cool morning hours, offering excellent opportunities to witness natural hunting behavior.

Your guide will take you deep into different areas of the Serengeti in search of wildlife while sharing fascinating information about animal behavior, ecology, and conservation.

Keep your camera ready for sightings of:

  • Lions

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive – Return to Arusha

After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater.

Often referred to as Africa’s Garden of Eden, the crater supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife within its natural volcanic walls.

Because animals rarely migrate outside the crater, wildlife viewing here is exceptional throughout the year.

  • Black rhinoceros
  • Lions
  • Elephants
  • Buffalo
  • Hippos
  • Hyenas
  • Jackals
  • Flamingos
  • Crowned cranes

Your guide will help you locate the famous Big Five while explaining the unique ecology that makes Ngorongoro one of Africa’s greatest conservation success stories.
